Thanks, it's all luck to be honest. I just use kenpom and try to stay on games in the 0-8 range for the most part. Doesn't always work out like it appears to have for tonight.

This is funny to me because other than the o/u I went the exact opposite way from you tonight.
Seeing as there are about 12 rosters that aren't all full of NHL players, how exactly is coding the names supposed to stop the competitive advantage of spying? If anything, they should send messages of true and fake reports with a code for the name and which report is actually accurate.
Yeah, I agree that college football probably has the best overtime system, as far as bringing in excitement, scoring and fairness (unless you really like special teams and punting). The only way I could think of applying that to hockey/soccer would be alternating power plays for 5 or 10 minute periods. Might ruin…
That's a good point. I think this might be an apples and oranges in comparing preferred hockey and soccer overtimes. Hockey is always a scramble with tons of action, especially when tied. In soccer, it's generally more exciting when one team is down because they have to open up and actually attack. Either way, I…
True, extra time in soccer can be a huge drag, especially if both teams are exhausted and sort of biding their time til PKs. I guess that's the one advantage in overtime hockey, in that there is always action and little room to sit back.
Haha, yes. Just permits more time and more scoring. I guess basketball would have been a better example, though no shootout looms at the end.
Yeah, shootouts are dumb, but I actually don't prefer sudden death formats for sports. Like for hockey, it's cool to think that it can be overtime for 3+ periods, but it comes at the cost of no goals for 40+ minutes. I like the soccer format a little bit more where you are guaranteed a certain amount of time, so…
I've been going back and forth on this point as well. My main point is that it would be very difficult to show that she was a con-woman while also not revealing her gender identity. When you put it like you did, I tend to agree with you. However, I have read things on the other side that I can sympathize with as…
I guess that could work, but in my mind it is hard to talk about what she wasn't (an MIT grad, Aeronautical Engineer, etc.) without talking about what she actually was (bar manager, mechanic).
I generally agree with what you are saying, however: I'm not sure how Hannan was supposed to separate her past (which made it clear she was a con-woman) from her gender identity in the piece. Using only the background information he could find on Dr. V from 2001 to present, I don't think the story could have been told…
I think the crew ones would look better bumble-bee style, but I thought Jason Terry's knee highs looked cool in this style
Love the candy cane socks though
Saints shirt and Orioles hat is throwing me off
Chiefs -7.5. Home to go 8-0 against a backup. Almost covered against Houston last week if not for that drive that stalled on the 1, and the fumble recovery at the 1 to end it not getting in.
Sportsbook or Bovada. They can be kind of sketchy, and filing to pull money out can be a bitch, but it takes care of my low stakes betting itch.
One thing I've noticed just recently since going on CNN and ESPN. Comments use Facebook now. Pretty awesome those places put names and faces to comments to and hold people accountable. The sections can still be shitty, but it's remarkable how much more respectable they have become.
Kenny Fucking Powers
idk, service at Sunderland is pretty weak. All in all, it was a bad move.
I'm definitely a believer for both of them. How awesome would it have been if Jozy and Aron started together up top (assuming both could start)?
