Captain pedantic here: genetics do play a big role in race car driving because a lot of it is related to reaction time and eyesight. But those aren’t gender-segregated traits so your point is right.

Wanting a better country is not the same as wanting to live somewhere else.
They revealed all of that during the press release before the trailer. It’s a single player front mission spinoff on PS4 and PC where you control 3 different characters on-foot. It’s a stealth game where you avoid the Wanzers (mechs) and may have the opportunity to pilot one as a vehicle. There is no customization of…
My problem is that Nier was a passion project of its creators, but this seems like a cash grab on the end of metal gear, while simultaneously taking talent away from what could be an actually good Front Mission or Armored Core successor.
They threw a bunch of great talent and interesting IPs at the most generic, boring, AAA garbage gameplay you can make.
He’s extremely overrated and has no real influence on how the story in souls is written (most of which pre-dates AC4). He’s creative but all of Miyazkai’s games have had generally lackluster gameplay and worse mechanics/customization compared to the other From games he doesn’t direct, he needs co-directors or Sony’s…
It’s a front mission reboot, they probably dropped the name because Front Mission Evolved was not very successful.
Nabeshima is the Armored Core 1 guy, he was a producer for 4 also. Armored Core is his franchise. The Armored Core 4 director (hidetaka miyazaki) is too busy making dark souls and bloodborne sequels. Not everyone liked those games either, they were pretty but had lackluster gameplay.
The Trailer is pointless because they’re showing gameplay at the Square Enix conference this week. The trailer is just a teaser.
Gameplay is being revealed later this week, but the site for it says “action shooter” so it’s likely more like Armored Core.
It’s a front mission spinoff/successor. They reference Front Mission in the trailer, and it was confirmed that Nabeshima’s next game with Square was going to be a front mission “reboot”. This is it.
Shinkawa is doing character designs, the mech design is Takayuki Yanase.
It’s already on steam, and will be sold for PC and PS4.
Left Alive is a Front Mission game. The article didn’t do much research, but it’s the Front Mission “spiritual successor” that Nabeshima started work on in 2015.
I doubt it. They hired the producer from Armored Core to direct it, so it’s probably going to be a third person mech shooter, like Front Mission Evolved was.
V was good but released unfinished. A lot of the complaints were because Bandai Namco delayed the game for 2 years and refused to release patches to western markets, so it had a lot of bugs that never got fixed. That, and it was multiplayer-focused so the single player was basically a very long tutorial. Blame Dark…
It’s a “spiritual successor” to front mission, according to famitsu.
This game is set in the front mission universe, or is at least a “spiritual successor”.
They are revealing gameplay later this week.
It’s a Front Mission spin-off made by the director of Armored Core. The art is just because they hired the same artist as metal gear to do the promotionals, it has no relationship to metal gear, Kojima, or ZoE.
