I am prepared to wait for quite some time.
I am prepared to wait for quite some time.
I very much look forward to the day when we get a “butterfly effect” game where your choices can result in drastic differences in the world.
Been playing since it launched on PS4.
I’d say it’s doing fairly well, considering they’re continuing to add new and particularly more elaborate content. All those artists, voice actors and programmers are expensive, after all, and I’d imagine they couldn’t afford it if they weren’t making some kind of steady profit.
It’s definitely something DE could improve upon, though; maybe more available quests after completing the tutorial that guide new players towards more planets and challenging bosses. Would also be a good opportunity to give us some more background about the bosses and lore in general. I remember in the pre-Liset…
You forgot to mention one of the biggest improvements: sorties! For the uninitiated, think of daily hard-mode missions or dungeons like in Destiny or WoW, endgame-level content for rare gear...but with a few twists. First, instead of a single pre-defined instance per day, it’s a set of 3 randomly-generated challenges;…
I have a lot of stories from my gaming career, but the most memorable is also one of the earliest: that time my dad and I took on King Leoric in the first Diablo.
Because they’ve been working on Warcraft for years and Overwatch was only a thing until recently.
Really psyched about the additions to Allied Commanders; it’s replaced co-op vs ai as my main activity once the campaign is finished and it’s amazing the kind of nuance that arises based on what commander you’re using, who you’re allied with, what race you’re up against, etc, that keeps missions feeling fresh. Given…
Why is Ryobi’s “shinobi transformation” into some kind of American Western settler?
A little of both. The game definitely has its flaws; the graphics are quite dated, combat can be a little repetitive (if you roll melee, be prepared to spend entire fights just left-clicking something and holding the button down until everything is dead; if you roll ranged, be prepared to do A LOT of kiting in the…
This has less to do the allure of microtransactions and more to do with the fact that FIFA and Madden make people stupid. And I don’t mean that in an insulting way; it’s just that the national frenzy that Football can inspire, both the American version and the rest-of-the-world version, causes people to shut off their…
It’s definitely good, but not without its flaws. Excellent world building and atmosphere, lots of tools at your disposal, lots of explorable environments, good variety in missions. The story is a tad generic, you’re locked out of most of the lethal kill methods if you want the good ending and stealth can be a bit hit…
I play on the “psuedo-permadeath” principle: even when playing on Casual, if one of my units bites the dust I’ll reset back to my last save. I do this for a few reasons:
Addendum to “Level up your weak fighters”, at least as far as Conquest is concerned: Once your roster grows enough, focus your leveling.
So just to clarify: if you purchase the special edition, do you get all three campaigns without having to make any additional downloads or purchases? I want to get all of the story content together in one package.
I still don’t understand why this was ever made. How did he seriously think this was a good idea? His work before the Five Nights series was poorly received and wildly unsuccessful, why go back to it?
He didn’t give a damn when aliens moved in and enslaved humanity.
I’m a little underwhelmed, to be honest. I’m...hesitantly excited for Standard format; part of the reason we keep using things like Sludge Belcher is because newly-released alternatives can be underwhelming. It remains to be seen if the removal of GvG cards will slow down Standard enough so we no longer have to deal…
It’s decent, nothing mind-blowing but the ship combat is fun and unique.
