Headcrabs: easily one of the most terrifying things in videogames.

I certainly hope that means the contents of each side are the same amount as Awakening, otherwise it’d be quite disappointing that they’re trying to sell half of a Fire Emblem to people...
I seem to remember my alarm clock saying it was just after 3:00 a.m., but maybe I have to work early? You never know. Plus, the game's saying this is what I have to do. Am I gonna say no?
What's funny is that Murky is actually quite powerful...provided nobody attacks him. He's capable of doing some heavy damage, particularly with that pufferfish-bomb of his, it's just that he needs to survive long enough in order to deal those hits out. A team fight's actually a good situation for that, provided he's…
Why do I owe someone extra money just for doing their job? I work retail, and get paid crap for it. I'm expected to be courteous and helpful and provide "excellent customer service" with absolutely no possibility of a tip or commission. Why should it be any different for someone working in a restaurant?
I found it exceptionally amusing that North Korea was eliminated only to immediately create another Korea split between North and South; in this case, however, it was between a Mongol-held North and a Japanese-settled South.
It's not bad at all, I only ever play campaign (and the other single-player challenges) and coop vs the AI. I enjoy the gameplay, of massive army battles and tactical decisions, and the story and unique scenarios presented by the campaigns, but have little love for competitive modes. I could probably do fairly well,…
Damn, if all they were doing was staging a tirade to try and be "the mean ones", holy shit did they overdo it by a few magnitudes.
I have two stories, both having to do with raiding.
I've certainly argued in favor of silent protagonists in the past, but having done a fair bit of writing myself, I've found that it's more important to have a player character who expresses their own opinions and feelings, even if it's only in subtle ways like a facial expression in a cutscene, a quick aside glance to…
Can anyone ever explain the episodic stuff that Penny Arcade does sometimes? They sometimes have some nice dialogue, but I'll be damned if I could ever tell what the meaning behind them is.
Why she was left out of Soul Calibur 5 is beyond me.
I would love to see this outside someone's house next Halloween.
$500 though? You could put down a fifth of that and have almost everything in the game, with cash left over for Blackrock.
It's hilarious how similar Destiny is to Warframe in so many aspects except for that key missing piece. They're both grindy space shooters with lots of gear to collect and not much in the way of a personal narrative. In Destiny, I'll get on to do the Nightfall or Crucible with friends, we'll grumble together about not…
Hell, I stopped caring about getting to the top level ages ago. What are we even supposed to do when we do hit that cap? Do a raid on hard? They're so overtuned, boring and repetitive that people would just rather cheese them anyway. Do the Nightfall more easily? Be a little bit overpowered at Crucible?
They needed to spend more time studying World of Warcraft; Blizzard made so many mistakes over the years that Bungie could've learned from and instead are repeating.
I've gotten more exotics from Xur and vanguard missives than from Nightfalls or raids; the few times I did get an exotic, Xur just so happened to be selling it that weekend. Sure Bungie, the RNG is just in our heads, sure.
Most of these aren't that bad, aside from questionable design choices like Morrigan's wrist-feathers (?) and Cammy's face paint (which looks like a cross between camouflage and a domino mask without really accomplishing either). It should be noted, however, that changing Morrigan's look changes her character; as a…
