@KamWrex: Why shouldn't it? Too OS'es like windows, portable hard drives are treated exactly the same as USB drives.

Water and vinegar as an electrolyte is highly ineffective, you'd have a hard time even just powering a light-bulb with that.
@wjglenn: Oh sorry, I thought you meant holding a burning hot knife onto the skin at the bite area. I thought that seemed kind of weird.
@sag969: I'm not saying its totally a piece of shit, yahoo's worse, but I just feel Google as a company is more honest and has better goals than microsoft. Plus Google's been around for much longer, and therefore has more experience in search engine design.
In the 1984 mac computer ad, I think apple got their place confused. With the recent "We must have complete control!!!" attitude, they'd fit in with big brother's gang a lot more than some "freedom" heroine.
I love how the RIAA complains and whines about artists and movie studios losing money, becoming poor beggars who have to live on the street due to the evil machinations of software pirates.
Bing may gain the gullible users, but Google will always be a superior search engine.
@lugger11: Self-mutilation is is more risky than just dealing with the mosquito bite, applying a topical antihistamine cream would take the itch and the swelling away, without the need to burn yourself, which could turn into serious problems, and at the very least scarring.
@duck: You don't. At least most people don't. You can get bitten all your life and when you're 90, you still get itchy when once bites you.
@wjglenn: I'm not saying you're wrong, because you aren't. Due to the bodies "gate" like system for dealing with pain and other sensations, applying a stronger sensation to the area exhibiting an itch (i.e heat) will override or dull the lesser sensation. Thats why its not possible for you to feel an itch and pain…
Wasn't their a post a few weeks ago about steaks, recomending searing meats to seal in juices (I may be wrong)? Oh lifehacker, sometimes your contradictory posts confuse me beyond imagination.
@wjglenn: Mosquito Bites itch is caused by an allergic reaction most humans have to the anaesthetic mosquitoes use to prevent the host from noticing the needle penetrating the skin. Heat may distract the victim from the itch, but it won't cure it, not unless you apply such high temperatures that the proteins break…
I agree with everything except the "sent from my ".
@Ipwnnubletz: LOL Actually it was fun
@jeremy_mccurdy: I don't deny the code works fine in most browsers, but when you run a check at the w3c website, you get shit loads of errros. Happens with all WYSIWYG editors though.
VOTE: Dreamweaver
@JayJello: I'm not a huge apple fan, but I really think that people should give Steve Jobs a break. Raging at him certainly won't solve your problems. Not buying apple products will on the other hand.
@Ipwnnubletz: Irony is a beautiful thing. Allow me to correct your comment for you.
I love how people rage at jobs when a product doesn't work perfectly.
I don't think its conceivable that he can build a hovercar that will carry the weight of human plus the car without costing hundreds of thousands of dollars or more.
