Not VW, it’s VW group Porsche and Audi. They both are/were heavily involved in some sort of motorsports racing and/or marketing, current F1 was inevitable.

That’s true, there is a whole cottage industry with Historic Racing that fixes these cars between events. Doesn’t hurt their value because many are original ex-race cars, nothing is original on them, they are race and damaged just like they always been.

All the F1 pundits.... “Get rid of DRS!!!”

Sure Russell is a great talent, no one is denying that. But I wouldn’t put Hamilton out to pasture just yet, the most dominating driver in the current hybrid era.

It’s what happens when you get older and maybe the car doesn’t suit his driving style where it does Russell.

No, this car doesn’t look good at all. All previous gen 7-Series are better looking than this thing.

You got a serious problem if you ran out of oil after just 2,000 miles, how often did you check your oil?

How was she so low on engine oil that it stopped the engine?

Yup, I agree on that. I have owned plenty of older vehicles with higher mileage from the 00' years as well with no unusual oil consumption, even my modern vehicles are pretty solid there.

I don’t have an issue with her going automatic, especially for an off-roader, it’s much more convenient in those situations.

I don’t think that’s the case here, this is simply engines that use more oil than normal, but it isn’t a safety issue, especially since these cars don’t have low oil pressure shut-offs. Which is more likely to be a safety issue than using too much oil. What cars shut engines off at low pressure?

Well, there is a strong market for those cars, which is why Porsche will occasionally throw them a bone, there is a market for those where ultimate performance isn’t their goal, they rather row their own gears.

Now, if they could put in an actual Toyota drivetrain, you can actually get enthusiast to think of this as an actual Supra.

A recall isn’t usually issued for something like this, only for safety issues.

Well, a recession is likely coming. Though I think California will maintain it’s normal $1.00 higher than national average. So once the national average drops to below $3, California should drop below $4, especially if you go to stations like Costco.

No worries on that. The 195 hp rating is for their 1199R model, which was their most powerful, limited production $30,000 bike, at that time at least.

Too bad for Max, two DNFs, when comfortably in 2nd place.

I disagree with that, most of the Tesla buyers I know are well over 40 and 50 years old, they bought their cars because of the tech.

You mean Gen-X.

Well, people over 50 today are not boomers.
