RAM too, Jeep & RAM is the only big profit center for the whole Stellantis portfolio.

Me as well, I got my manual E46 and E90, but I love my RAM Rebel for all the other things I need.
San Diego, CA, the California part should explain it. Its always a dollar more expensive here over the national average. And here I mean the whole state of California.
Sure, makes sense, I think back to what I was paying 1 year ago in San Diego, so maybe $3.78 for regular. Currently paying $5.09, these are Costco prices by the way, similar to ARCO.
Back to inflation adjusted levels, or level low enough to buy gas guzzling vehicles like for the last decade.
Sorry, I should have clarified with inflation. Also, I don’t remember gas being that cheap in the late 1990s. There is a US energy list of fuel prices, gas was clearly over $1 by 1990 and later.
Actually historically gas prices drop, no matter what. People drive what they drive because they know high gas prices is temporary.
Have you tried the crankshaft position sensor? Pretty common issue on Benzes and pretty cheap/easy fix.
Well, home prices don’t go down either, they keep going up historically. Sure they drop during recessions, but it’s temporary.
$100 is all you need to pre-order and it’s fully refundable. I wonder how many pre-orders they would get at $1000?
Great find and price, and the door panel fabric trim haven’t come loose.
Its using the Ford platform, but I think they will have their own engines from what I gather.
Well, it was the dual-clutch autos that I know of as issues on the latest gen Fiesta and Focus.
Not really, Ilmor designs and builds them pretty much in-house, Chevy pays for them and does marketing towards that. I think this was discussed last year where it was in-depth in this forum, it’s basically that.
Raptor version won’t be close to that due to the off-road suspension.
I don’t agree on modern pick-ups being terrible to drive and live with, unless you live in a city center. That being said, my RAM Rebel is great to drive and one of the easiest vehicles I’ve had to live with, but live in the suburbs.
Or, they simply let Red Bull Powertrains build and develop the next gen engines for 2026 as they were planning all along and VAG simply badging them.
I’ve been a Honda and Ford owner my whole life. Honda cars and Ford trucks, but for the first time bought a FCA product, a RAM Rebel 1500.
This is clearly a mental health situation and not a unruly passenger having a “Karen” episode.
Everything I know about Polestar was because of a YouTube creator (Misha Charoudin) who does Nurburgring content. He was given a long-term loan of one to drive around. I would say it had a very positive influence on me regarding the brand, more so than any commercial or some major magazine test has.
