Those are viable cities. The problem is that neither of those cities have a plan for an MLB stadium, let alone one already built. It’s why the Diamondbacks have zero leverage in their pissing contest with Maricopa County.

Agreed. I don’t think there’s a place for the A’s in the Bay Area. They’ve always been 2nd fiddle to Giants depsite, until 2010, being a far more successful franchise. They’ve never drawn well.
