Looking in a mirror isn't visual now?

I expected a GIF from Knowing....

There's a really big difference between having the capability of building a ship, and having one being built and on the mission plans. It could be built the same way the ISS was in LEO and launched from there.

Not Alpha Centauri. It's not likely to have a habitable planet with all the stars buzzing about there. We'd be much better off going someplace thats a bit further away and more like Sol.

Because our production capability and technological capability is nearing a point where it is technically possible to build and launch a multi generational ship. You may not be able to go there, but the species may.

Also, did anyone else not see Texas coming on that list of required testing? I'd say good on them but I, pessimistically, imagine the policy came about because of a knee-jerk reaction to being afraid of Mexicans.

Oops. I forgot. "a star map on Destiny reveals that a minimum of 35 galaxies were seeded after Pegasus. It is likely that many additional galaxies have been seeded because many Stargate seeding ships were dispatched in the first place. No one knows how many ships were dispatched to seed Stargates throughout the

What made it make sense was that the

"Earth, man. What a shithole."

If somebody's coffin on Mars, they should have gotten a flu shot before they left...

The sad thing is, the lackluster performance of the movie will only serve to convince Sony and by extension other studios, that digital distribution is not a viable economic model for content release.

The thing I remember best about this movie is walking in the theater having to pee and thinking "Movies don't last that long, I'll go after its over..."

Well, there were more than ten years of 80s....

A closer technological match would be Star Wars vs Stargate Command...

Looks more like the Klu Klux Klause....

This is much more interesting than bacon being grown. Not as delicious though...

If my son wants to play with guns, when he's old enough, he'll have to learn how to fabricate his own magnetic railgun attached to a homemade functional exosuit. Then again, I might be spending too much time on io9....

Gizmodophone. Sure I just made it up, but its pretty stupid.... :P

Yes, lets. I bet they are tasty....
