I saw it today. It had its charms but it was too safe. Part of the appeal or Roald Dahl is the dan g er mixed with the wonder. I was never in doubt that everything would be fine and none of the good guys would die.

If Lex did create Bizzaro/doomsday/whatever and set it on Batman and Superman then...why? Just why? Why not just sit back and watch these two destroy each other and large portions of Gotham and Metropolis? Lupita N’yogo for Storm!

In Guillermo I trust. I have never been disappointed by him. Travis Beachem, on the other hand, is a concieted hack who had little to do with the final product of Pacific Rim

I like to call Splice "don't do that Adrien Brody" it can be applied to almost every scene he is in.

Funny, up until now when I thought about him I would just picture John Travolta in that horrible makeup. His smug mug is almost worse. He brings shame upon all gingers.

It wouldn't have been terribly helpful as almost everyone Rosemary knew was in on it, but, she was observed or overheard when she tried to make phone calls in the apartment or in phone booths in public. If she had her own cell phone, she could have called her friends or the physician who gave her the book in from

That would only work with implanted birth control that was Satan proof. A cell phone would have been handy as well.

    Catching fire> pacific rim> gravity>thor 2> Elysium (I was so bored...)

Every summer I re-read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It's a fun and fast read and the perfect beach book.

The first two gifs are especially cool because the day they filmed that the actors had been in a early morning car crash and had whiplash.
