The only issue I foresee is that there's already an app that allows you to run Infinity Engine games on Android. Although I never was able to get it to work, so I think there's a market here.

I think that could be a part of the problem - the store is pretty awful. But it seems like no one values exclusive downloadable games that much. It may be because all three consoles have good exclusive network content (Nintendo is a little on the weaker side there, obviously).
