I hated the game when I was younger, but I found the system to be amazing when I played it last year. The depth of control is truly amazing.

The problem with the system is the way that it is presented, and not how unique and intricate it is. An updated user friendly UI to all of it would have changed everything.

I think Materia is still the best system that for some reason nobody else ever uses.

Final Fantasy VIII actually has one of the better battle systems in the entire series. It has flaws, and I seriously wish they would revisit them to address said flaws -some due to the limited hardware at the time. But it really is a blast to play and isn't a huge time sink to master like some shitty final fantasy

Your loss. The Guardian and Junction system were truly unique to the series and gave you complete control to build a party and power up characters early on. Played right, you don't even need these cheats because within hours you can boost your stats to stupid levels and farm higher level items off some Gskills.

The "Don't Pre-Order" edit is a wise piece of advise. Unless you're really sure about a game, and have done your research...don't chance your money away.

Can we stop with the titles already?

You're paying for a game even though you have no idea if it's going to be any good. Stock is never an issue on day 1 (unless it's a Collector's Edition, in which case pre-orders do make sense), so all you're doing is paying up front and crossing your fingers. Read Kotaku's article on why you shouldn't pre-order for a

Because it's a subpar movie that's been over-hyped since its release.

I'm going to take the unpopular side and say that Frozen was a just plain bad movie. Cliche even for Disney, unfunny, and the music was no fun at all, I just wanted to stick a sock in Idina Menzels giant broadway power ballad mouth. Tangled was better and funnier. And don't give me that better than Pixar BS. Brave was

- Bad in-universe time pacing. Seriously, one set of characters spend 20/25 minutes getting to a point in the mountain, then the horse runs off and 30 seconds later is back in town. How about some scenes in between?

Eh. Let's be honest, Frozen was so-so.

PHOENIX DOWNS REVIVE KO STATUS (Knocked Out) THEY CANNOT CURE DEATH. (permadeath) WHICH IS WHY ITS GAMEOVER WHEN PARTY DIES THEY PRESUMABLY>>> CANNOT REVIVE EACH OTHERS K.O. AND CRYSTALLIZE LIKE IN FINAL FANTASY TACTICS AFTER A FEW TURNS.

Sorry, but as an animator, women move differently. You'd want them to when working on a game like this too. It wouldn't be two days work. It probably wouldn't need all 8000 animations (lol @ that number btw) but there'd be a considerable amount of work. Then you have to do the entire game's main character audio

I'm so bored of all these fake "outrages".

Considering that most computers can't run a PS2 emulator without difficulty and there are yet to be any actual working PS3 emulators, a PS4 emulator in the foreseeable future is as laughable as your poor effort at trolling.

So much awesomeness conveyed in one little asterisk. I love it. Also, his smart-aleck answer. I was never brave enough to say something like that to my mom.

Unions are bad fucking news and totally irrelevant in the current age. Everything they were designed to accomplish is now mandated by law, and so they evolved into extortion rings. Fuck unions.

I just want to clarify a mistake in the article. The cup/bottle/trash/etc that I watch if someone disposes of is their own trash *not*mine. It is the cup/bottle or food item that the interviewee had eaten/drank during the interview.

I think the idea is that they bring YOU a disposable cup of water and then see what you do with it, when you're done. Otherwise, yeah, it shows you're a wasteful person for wanting to throw a cup away early?
