It’s probably more likely to work than protesting unfortunately. Or fortunately?

Violence and brutality IS the goal.
Gee, maybe some of “the love” went away when Disney decided what we all wanted was a slapdash sequel trilogy that made our childhood heroes miserable failures, cowards, and parents of a school shooter? And then totally undercut the finale of the original films by having Palpatine survive (more or less, clone,…
Hell, The Last Jedi was one of the best things to happen to this series in decades and people are still arguing about how it was actually bad.
Exactly. We have a long tradition of heroic and tragic narratives in which the characters deaths are part of what makes them iconic. While fridging women in this genre is very much an issue, I’ve never seen this as an example of it.
“And yet, Natasha goes out in Endgame—choosing to die by fall on Vormir, to awaken the Soul Stone’s price of losing that which you love most—in a manner predicated on the sentiment that her found family in the Avengers, the one thing she had fought so hard for across her entire time in the MCU, was neither important…
Maybe he needs to see Black Widow first to have that question answered.....
Ummm....nope. I disagree.
I don’t know if the dialogue between two characters was in the alternate cut at all, but the silent look Natasha gives Clint and the horror sinking into his eyes was really effective for me.
When watching the movie the first time, I interpreted the scene as very progressive/pro-Natasha, because she was the one who got to make the sacrifice. They were both heroes, and in effect, they were basically having a “who is the bigger hero” fight. In the end, Natasha won, because she actually is the bigger hero.

The version we got was still better than the prequels and Return of the Jedi.
This hot take is so stable that I think we accidentally discovered nuclear fusion.
Oscar Isaac’s dead eyed performance of the “Somehow, Palpatine has returned” line, like it was Harrison Ford Blade Runner voice over outtake, let me know I was gonna have a bad time.
Sorry mate, tRoS is easily 11/11 it is a mess in every aspect, save for one, the babu Frik scene on the planet, yes the writing is just as bad as the prequels. The difference is that the prequels at least had a direct, character development and flow.
wow, check out the balls on this guy
My apologies if my opinion ruffles any feathers, but I think they the next time they do a Star Wars trilogy they should have some idea of where it’ll end up before they start off, because this trilogy was disjointed to the point of being off-putting.
Yeah, Colin Trevorrow is a WAY better writer than.....the co-writer of Batman v. Superman.
