The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck is by Don Rosa, who in turn was heavily inspired by Carl Barks (many of Rosas comics continue stories of Barks). It is awesome indeed, though!

A new console this early would be the worst thing they could possibly do since it would destroy all trust in their future products. Would you buy a new console for a couple hundred dollars, no matter how great it might look, if you knew there was a chance the company producing it might simply abandon it within 1-2

The part where they take the time to mention that 2048 has sparked dozens of copycat games, but fail to mention that 2048 is a copycat game itself.

Since releasing the game, "2048" has gained high popularity and sparked dozens of copycat games, much to Cirulli's surprise.

If you knew exactly beforehand what the final product should be like it would take a couple of days. It was the process of coming up with the idea, the rules of the game and the art style that took this long. The devlog really shows how much thought they put into it.

Ugh, there are specific quotas to fulfill? That sounds really stupid...

Ah, I see what you mean. It's not quite clear from the article, I understood it as if you don't get any benefits from the partner characters at all in singleplayer.

When played by two people, the partner player can explore and fight on their own or simply ride on Donkey Kong's back, shooting pellets to stun enemies. No big deal there. But playing co-op also doubles the amount of hearts you've got, two for each character. That makes a world of difference when playing the game's

Heh, I never noticed that before. Thanks!

Totally fine then!

Sure...but...do they also wrap their shoes?

Well, the maker of Tiny Wings did put some effort into ripping off the Flash game it's based on...so that's at least something, I guess?

DKC is an action plattformer, not a puzzle game like most of the games you listed. Just judging by the trailer Wooden Sen'SeY seems to come closest gameplay-wise. I also enjoyed and liked Braid, Limbo and Vessel a lot, they are good games - but if this new DKC is anything like the last one for the Wii they play in

Nah, you couldn't simply disable them and have a better game. You'd have to change the fighting and many of the puzzles and thus would end up with an entirely different game.

Yeah...that's clearly not how it's supposed to work* and doesn't sound enjoyable at all. Now I'm really curious what the problem might be :) I remember some people having problems with this game because they calibrated their Wiimotes with the buttons facing upwards instead of downwards, but it's probably nothing as

If I remember correctly for that chest you had to do something else than simply standing there and making the eyes dizzy, so it's no wonder that it's not working. That being said, the motion tracking really seems to be off in that video...pretty strange :/ I played the game for 50 hours, never had any problems, it

No way - Skyword Sword wouldn't have been a good game without motion controls. I don't like Skyward Sword that much because it is so low on puzzles compared to other Zelda games, but the motion controls somewhat make up for that - the fights are the puzzles. The entire game is build around the motion controls. How

No. A max value doesn't affect hackers at all except that they don't submit 9 quintillion scores anymore but scores equal to whatever that max value is.

No way. Iwata never smiles.

Nope, that's a render. It's a good looking game, but not that good.
