I do want to address only one of your points here; Niantic actually has done plenty of large-scale events. they do it all the time for Ingress. They call them Anomalies and they span major cities all across the world. Granted, Ingress doesn’t have the numbers PoGo does which is really the biggest hurdle they wiped out

Flapjack was more amazing than people gave it credit for

So it’s basically like AaAaAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity but low poly like SUPERHOT. The name is even similar. Someone who just learned ab0ut SUPERHOT could easily think this was an expansion or made by the same guys. Personally, I think it’s neat but could’ve used a more creative name

Depends on the situation. if it’s the start of the match and i’m off at the ass ends of the map with no one around, you bet your ass i’m saving time and leaving them open. People around? close em up quick to break line of sight and get that auditory clue that they entered my house and i’m about to defend it. It’s also

starred for that amazing throwback of a gif

Either you’re joking (terribly) or your reading comprehension skills are severely lacking. the post clearly states that Holly Wolf is cosplaying as Zelda; not a female Link.

I’m fairly new to D&D (only been playing the last year) but so far I’ve had two great characters, both Chaotic Good: in the 3.5 game I’m in, I play La Plaga (Spanish for The Plague because no one knows his real name and he’s not giving it away freely) who is a 9th level rogue from the fictional desert country of Leon.

To each their own in the end i guess, but I did feel that the Ogre had the right amount of extra beef for for its slowness and in the right hands a Stryder was devastating to an Ogre.

“Based on the first game”? No that IS the first game Brian. Unapologetically just the first game. Did South Korea just not get the game the first time around? The only thing different is the Destroyer class Titan and god only knows how that’ll mess with the balance. the whole game was centered on the three original

Spoiler or not you can’t just mention it and not have it tease someone like me!

It’s such a ridiculous situation that Niantic and the Pokemon Co. is creating... the game isn’t up to snuff and we’re left floundering while they gather data and slowly churn out updates. Considering how much of a boon IITC still is for Ingress players which equates to a boon for Niantic, they really shouldn’t be

Here in Chicago, our local Ingress Resistance group had a lot of members (myself included) in the field test and we immediately knew that they ported most of the ingress portal data into PoGO. Not all of it but more than enough to get the game started.

The reason there are so many PokeStops at churches is because it uses Ingress portal data and that data was largely populated by people playing the game in the first year. Some of the easiest ways to populate portals (especially in rural areas) was to tag churches, monuments, graveyards, post offices, gathering

well to be fair it is being developed by Niantic and uses the portal data from Ingress to populate PokeStops and Gyms so you shouldn’t be quite that surprised it looks the way it looks.

The fact that the first gif is a player using an Ultra Ball to catch a CR 113 Abra (a fairly low CR meaning it’s easy to catch even with a regular Pokeball) makes me wince in pain. use it on a really tough Pokemon for god’s sake! Didn’t the regular games teach you that?!

The people complaining about the Steam keys don’t realize that the game hasn’t technically been released on Steam yet and therefore is still giving out one of the dlc’s free as a prepurchase gift. So when you redeem the main game you get the free dlc and the code you put in must be skipping over and giving you the

Gotta give em a break Kirk; they’re clearly tired from counting their Hollywood money

For me, the hype train hit full gear just at that single player campaign trailer. it’s gonna hit hyperspace soon enough!

Unless you guys have played the game then you really don’t have an idea why the specs are higher than you think they should be. it’s very much the physics of the game, when enemies die they shatter into a million pieces in glorious fashion; other objects in the game also do the same. When a game has to account for all

Ingress player here! here’s a super quick breakdown of the game for anyone who hasn’t bothered to google it yet: two factions, Resistance (yay) and the Enlightened (boo), fight to capture portals located in real world locations (such as monuments, memorials, parks, libraries, attractions, etc) that allow them the
