Kirk, I mean you no disrespect but I felt that this article was more of a whine than a critique. Perhaps it’s because I played Fallout 3 and understand the Bethesda-ness of it all but much of Fallout 4 seems easy to grasp when you take the time and pay attention. They sort of went with the minecraft approach: let the

i’m pretty much at that point too but still, a disaster is a disaster and it still annoying to deal with. honestly i can deal with raiders far better than radroaches. those little fuckers literally drain health away from everyone in the room while raiders are gunned down by the six gun wielders waiting at the door and

while that is true, i’ve found that the risk of allowing a random disaster to spawn is far too dangerous. at the point I am in my game my dwellers range from lvl 3 (kids who recently grew up) to lvl 24 but they take a lot of damage whenever radroaches or raiders appear. i’ve got a steady supply of stimpacks going but

Just to let you know, the Radio room absolutely does not guarantee a wastelander will come knocking at the end of the (long) countdown. it’s a very very slight chance. I have a guy in there with a decent charisma and only one guy has appeared within the last 46-48 hrs i’ve had the room manned. it can be nice to keep a

Do you have more than enough room in your vault for more dwellers? Pregnant dwellers won't give birth without more than enough room. Also births actually can take quite a bit of time. Like hours. Then it always takes 3 hrs for the little fucker to grow up and be a productive member of post-apocalyptic society.

I just want to make a note about the last tip. You actually really don’t want to play too often. The longer you’re in-game and looking at your vault the greater the chance a random disaster happens. The longer your vault stays alive the stronger and more dangerous the disasters are.

I assume the joke had to do with there being music in the video originally because i don’t hear any now which I assume is Youtube’s doing. shame as it’s not really funny now

Burger King, is that a No Game No Life reference or is this the weirdest coincidence in marketing ever? I’m gonna go with the confusing anime reference choice here.

My top five are totally gonna be:

-sigh- I really wish I had as much fun and luck as you with my gaming rig. It's freezing up on me and now I've gotta return it back to CyberPowerPC. I knew I was taking different risks having it built this way but still; it's not so fucking fun when you can't use the beauty you bought that should work perfectly.

You mean if I had actually known about this ahead of time i could've gone to something really fun AND hung out with a Kotaku writer? goddammit Chicago why must you be so elusive when you're not even fucking 45 minutes away?

A Runescape player was recently swatted while 60,000 people watched. When he tried to record a video about it, he broke down crying. A 19-year-old in Las Vegas was arrested for coordinating a swatting in Illinois. What motivates someone to take this dangerous step? I tracked down a self-professed swatter to find out.

I've gotten those Portal 2 achievements as well but still aren't my rarest. but boy did it feel good to snag them! but i think Portal Conservation Society really takes the cake (is a lie). that was a really tricky one to do

Hilariously enough my rarest is Flying Ace in CoD:AW. only .76% bothered to use the machine guns instead of missiles during the very awesome jet run through a canyon. my next four are all from DLC in Saints Row IV ranging from .95-1%

It is perhaps self-evident that Majora's Mask is a sad, sad game. It focuses much more on characters and their problems than any other Zelda, and some of their stories are profoundly touching. There is a sense of mortality and fatalism that permeates everything. When Link dons a mask that changes him into a Goron or a

Not a single mention of the wonderful gameplay commentary by the amazingly talented Critikal?!

UPDATE 4 (7:48pm): That was fast. Best Buy is now sold out online, although in-store options may be coming soon. No word on other options yet. We've reached out to Amazon PR to see if they're going to offer it, but haven't yet heard back.
