This was quite a memorable year, unfortunately as I get older my grip on the passage of time gets less and less firm. This comment is now a placeholder because I'm an idiot... and time flies too quickly. Jesus... my comment was talking about a post from 2013? *sigh*

Amazingly, I think you're the only person who mentioned the iDX.

I tried to talk my brother into the performance package on his 2013, but he ended up going with the premium package instead. Oh well. Can't win em (or convince them) all.

I'm sure that was a huge factor, as well as the take rate on the option with the model.

When I was growing up Southern Pacific 1673 was open to the public (before it was fenced, and then moved to a museum). I had many fond memories of crawling around that train as a kid. As a child who learned to count and partially to read by seeing trains several times a day, I was totally enthralled by this vehicle.

It's quite a jump when you're talking about new cars, the GT with the GT Performance Package is $35k and change. Used is likely the way to go, and the Coyote is a solid engine (and it sounds beautiful). The EcoBoost with the performance package is a hair over $28k.

My assumption is that Ford may maintain the V6 as a Rental Special which is marketed primarily to fleet sales... because volume sales on the Mustang as a "premium" rental probably are a factor for them. But I could see Ford skipping that step altogether and following what you stated.

That's pretty much the option for someone like me. And admittedly, the 5.0 is an amazing engine and I do prefer the aesthetics of the previous gen.

Hyundai pulling out of US Motorsports, leaving Rhys Millen Racing without a current sponsor for the next Pikes Peak or other events.

I am with you. I just refuse to completely give up hope. =) And though I am not a Ford fan by any measure (no more than many other manufacturer), if I was to buy a Mustang, I would very much prefer it be powered by some variation of V engine. That said, I haven't had the opportunity to drive an EcoBoost, but the price

For me, the loss of the Performance Pack option on the base model Mustang. I had been eyeing the base V6 (talk all you want, I've had this conversation with many people) with the performance package and a 6MT as a vehicle to consider. Now it isn't even available as a package until you get to the EcoBoost Turbo 4.

I haven't had this, but I have heard some very wonderful things about Jack's Abbey. However, I do have a single question for you. Have you had Founder's Dissenter Imperial India Pale Lager? Because it is easily the best lager of any variety I have had in my decade plus of craft beer drinking (even besting Sam Adams'

I don't recall the where, but the when was the blazing hot summer of 2003.

Granted this was a decade ago, but this wasn't one location, and it wasn't at hotels. This was many locations all around city center. Nightclubs and pubs/bars. I was surprised the first time, shocked the more often I saw it.

That is soooooo not true. When I was in Cardiff about a decade ago there were people ordering bottles of Budweiser for £5 while I was getting pints of Brains for £1. I couldn't understand it at all.

TIL: Parcel is can be a verb. Weird.

That's amazing. I am definitely of the mindset that you could get a lot more car, for a lot less, but my guess (hope) is that somewhere out there is a guy who has dreamed of these since... well, Group B. Here's hoping that guy ends up with this car.

Using the criminal justice system as punishment, rather than as a deterrent undermines the effectiveness and trust which people put into justice. A justice system should be impartial, fair, and objective. Charging her with a crime to prevent her from being able to do this again is extremely reasonable, a lack of

I welcome debate, but when caps are used, along with closed, seemingly irrational statements, I stop seeing the comment as constructive. I've debated similar things at length, but some of the folks here seem to have already made their minds up regarding how this situation went down and what it is they would dole out
