I second this. I’m not an athlete but I’m pretty active and incredibly clumsey. Not the best combo and it would have me in the DRs office all the time if I was a panicky type of person. I rolled my ankle this weekend but knew with some compression and rest it would be fine. I know what I can and can not push through.

I’ve been with Navy Federal CU for nearly 30 years, and I haven’t even seen a branch office in over 25 years (there are none within 100 miles of where I live).
