Honestly I was surprised by how it performs its not a racecar but it has enough power to merge in traffic and gets up to highway speeds quickly enough.  Rev hang is a bit of a pain but it can be tuned out and double clutch works just as well if you are quick with your feet.

The base model Impreza, it can be had as a manual hatch for under $20k brand new, has Subaru’s awd is quite comfortable even with no frills a few little mods (resonated axel back exhaust, short shifter, and pitch stop mount) and its an absolute joy , in any weather, on my 140 mi. round trip commute.

These cars area blast to drive and the LNF has potential to make close to 400hp with bolt-ons and a tune. However they also break frequently, water pump and timing chain are fatal flaws. Also as someone who filed bankruptcy 2 years ago but still has aprox $80k in student loan debt what are my options moving forward?  I was told when I went through the process that discharging student loan debt was not possible at all.

This!  I agree my hatred for them is unreasonable.  I love my 95 Legacy Wagon as a daily driver.  AWD, wagon, with roof racks and the ability to use the roof like a truck bed! All while being low to the ground.

I had an 09 G6 GXP sedan looked waaaaay better than the coupe.  The 3.6 had a ton of torque steer if you stomped on the gas but it was comfortable and fun enough. I miss it dearly
