Yup the ps4 paywall was the deciding factor for me. This will be the first console generation ive chosen to skip since consoles were a thing.

Im still wondering how ccp arnt in some sort of breach lawsuit for failing to deliver on the wod mmo. Was my understanding that was part of the deal with the WW merger, unless thw WW guys are somehow okay with it?

Eve isnt a game, its a lifestyle.

No drm / origion / whatever.

Actually for pvp theres a lot of merit in eve's loot. Ship gets destroyed, with some minor salvagable subcomponents from the hull. The ships fittings (weapons, sheilds, etc) each have a chance of dropping (around 50%).

companies need to lay out a better funding roadmap. So people know, based on current funding levels, what is going on.

what? Hell no, that was a totally legit real laugh!

I think you're missing a major point here.

when it comes to stealth games its all about the level design. that's where so many modern stealth titles are falling flat - they give you linear hallways to "sneak" down using paths a-c, where old classics like theif had entire mansions - choose any of dozens of ways to go through it in a non linear path.

but wait - every action has opposite reaction catch. If you had that many people on earth fusrodah-ing, the opposite reaction pushing back against them would give the planet a net force of zero in any direction.

apparently a real substitution not a intercept. Which opens up all kinds of worlds of modding possibilities. Think skyrim level of modding if this tool gets completed and released.

Tldr version: devs shouldn't take crowd funding then ignore the playerbase's feedback in the guise of "but the trolls hurt my feelings!"

dont get me wrong I enjoy most of the filler (some of it is hard to believe its filler its so good) just that one arc made me hope it would end soon.

the show only gets better. My only recommendation is to skip the "foxy pirates" filler arc. Most one piece filler is excellent, but that arc was just painful.

what politician in any country would dare suggest to repeal pornography laws? Its political suicide.

the problem is 5, 10 years from now, in a theoretical world where ubisoft is dead, uplay is nonfunctional, and not a single one of these games playable as a result.

in total war I never really had the issue - I always RMB moved which sets faxing and formation depth. I could see how doing it other ways could be painful though, and formations were often painful to deal with.

while I could play shogun 2 with or without darthmod (I can't imagine playing Rome 2 without Dei) I had a lot of respect for it.

while a lot of what you said is true, there was one glaring downside to the system - it discouraged magic use. All your powerful spells you would use for stat boosting and casting them would reduce said stat.

You think they would extend this to, oh, say, football addiction? Sports car addiction? Oh, wait, those arnt socially taboo hobbies, my mistake...
