And you'd be insane to wingsuit anywhere other than from a plane way up high and safe until at LEAST twice the 100 wingsuit jumps I have. And after 23 BASE jumps I'm not adding a wingsuit or even a different pair of gloves to the routine.

I think you need at least 200 jumps before the few folks who make wing suits will even sell one to you. Then you keep skydiving, using the suit, until you feel confident flying it. Then learn how to base jump without killing yourself. Then put them together.
