Actually, apparently Kanye really put his foot down in terms of the cameras. None were allowed in the hospital room and even though Kris was filming, Kanye apparently told her when she could and couldn't. He can be insufferable, but I kinda like that he took a stand there.

I think it was the combination of her "evidence" which we now know is bs but at the time we didn't and a firsthand story of her kid being cured. It offered hope to terrified parents.

Regardless, though, her intent was for people to listen to her, regardless of whether or not they should be. This was what she wanted, and she succeeded, so that does, in my opinion, make her responsible.
