I think the reason why he's getting a lot of support is because people want to see the RCC become a more compassionate and inclusive organization. Any little crumbs like the ones he's been throwing are just getting eaten up because the people are starving for a change.

Basically. Someone said it the last time he came up here: He's not a better Pope, he's just a PR genius.

Aren't most guys into skinny 19 year olds? sigh

Teenagers who are dating go over to each others houses when parents are not home. It's what they do. Some of them have sex. Some of them don't. Realistically if they are both 14 and it's the first relationship for both of them they are probably doing hand jobs, finger fucking and blow jobs. If they are still together

I MADE SOMETHING!

Just found this website for the first time. I'm so surprised Jez hasn't featured this before, but if you love street style and ladies aging gracefully, Advanced Style is right up your alley: http://advancedstyle.blogspot.com/

I feel you on the ex thing. I'm married to my awesome husband and we just had an awesome baby, but I ran into my very-serious-first-love over thanksgiving and got hit with so many feels. But if you love someone, do you ever really stop?

How many of you have spent the weekend getting ready for family coming this week for the holiday? I've spent the last three days cleaning, wrapping gifts and baking. Never thought I'd say it, but I am fucking sick of sweet stuff now.

Hooray the best movie ever is on TV! I've been staring at Sense and Sensibility on my DVD shelf for a few days, but it wasn't until turning on the TV and seeing it on that I realized just how badly in need of some Jane Austen I am. The scenery, the music, the costumes, the Emma, the Alan...

i need book recs, specifically romance/erotic, but not the ones with the 'dangerous/playboy/blah blah' type dudes. do these even exist?

Hi Jezzies! For those of you who like stone jewelry or know someone who does, please spread the word about my Etsy shop! :3 Thanks in advance!

Gasped when I heard this. I've never seen Lawrence of Arabia in its entirety (It's very long) but I loved him in the parts I watched. By the way, did you guys know he played Anton Ego in Ratatouille? I loved that monologue he gave at the end.

My Favorite Year (1982) - He played "Alan Swann" - an Errol Flynn clone who loved ... LOVED ... a tipple.

Listen close and you can hear O'Toole, Richard Burton, Oliver Reed and Richard Harris together again to literally raise some Hell.

What does one say... about an absolute LEGEND.

A brilliant actor and a bit of a scamp. Watched "Becket" w/ him & Richard Burton and first saw & understood true, powerful acting.

Behold! The Face of the Sun!

Seriously, genius.
