That's an interesting idea. There is a theory that Tyrion is actually a fathered by Rhaegar and not Tywin, but that just doesn't seem logistically possible to me. Plus, unlike a certain Wolf girl, we never hear about Tyrion's mother in any context with Rhaegar at all.
