I picked up on the humor you’re doing here (and below), but I see others didn’t.

After reading their terms of service I still don’t see how they are monetizing this - only thing I found was in the future they reserve the right to start charging for some services. So I wouldn’t get too enamored of this because sometime in the near future they will either a) cease operations or b) start charging

Which one? There’s 4 or 5 different models.

For MKV files on the Apple TV - get the Infuse or MRMC apps - they are excellent, and play just about any video format natively off my NAS (no server required like Plex) that I throw at them

I see no mention of each services ability to provide the big four broadcast networks live. I don’t think any of them do in my area - which currently a deal breaker for us.

Did you work with PIA support or just put up with it? If you work with them, they can whitelist your email servers to allow mail through. Every once in a while it happens to me with Gmail’s SMTP server (Google adds/changes IP’s every once in a while I guess) - if you alert PIA support, they’ll help get it working

What I find interesting is in the 4 years I used an iMac as my primary desktop, I always thought the monitor was too high and needed it to be lower (which is also impossible with the stock stand - and no, raising my chair gave me other ergonomic issues). I finally purchased the optional VESA mount and an Ergotron arm.
