Well, yeah, if that's the reason they're doing it, I was just saying that I don't think that quote necessarily means that *anyone* who says grace in public is bad.

I saw a toucan the last time I went to the aquarium (yes I know they're not fish our aquarium has tons of birds for some reason) and holy fuck it was loud! So pretty though

Does the restaurant actually say when you come in or have a sign that says you get a discount for praying? I thought someone just happened to be praying and then say this on their bill.

People with medical conditions being happy with themselves?

Um, I think it's worth celebrating that he was able to achieve his fitness goals despite having an illness that made it very difficult and that he's able to feel confident in his body despite assholes like you.

and knowing people who have suffered from this disease, damn....he is doing well.

You never know...someone could be sneaking needles into the tomatoes next.

I actualy lol'd at this :)

Actually I saw a thing on TV about a lady who found out her long-term boyfriend was cheating on her when she found out she had AIDS. He knew he was positive and never told her and was still sleeping with a bunch of women with no protection, so she managed to get a law passed that made what he was doing a crime. So no,

Condoms can still break or slip off though. I think it's only a crime if you don't disclose your HIV status AND don't use condoms, but still, morally I think you should tell your partner if you have HIV even when using condoms. Even if the risk is low the person taking that risk should have the chance to decide for

Yes, people should use condoms, but people should also tell their partners if they know they're HIV positive.

That's really inappropriate. I don't mind at all if people wanna say grace before they eat out in public, just don't assume that everyone shares your religion.

Yeah, it doesn't really bother me. If I went to a restaurant and they were like "oh if you say grace you can get 15% off" I'd feel weird and pressured to pray, but if someone was just happening to say grace and got a discount, then yay for them I guess.

But I don't think that means never pray in public. It's just condemning people who make a big show of praying in public and going to church and seem to care more about people knowing how godly they are than actually getting anything out of prayer.

To be fair, couldn't that be partly due to the fact that they recognized that she was Scarlet Johansson?

I remember that! And there was only like a half dozen looks you could choose from. The creepiest part to me was that it meant it was almost statistically certain that at some point you'd probably date a dude who looked exactly like your dad or brother.

Wait, 15 is about getting raped?

His eyes don't even match Ken's!

What part of there are laws in place to specifically protect women breastfeeding is confusing to you?

A store can't set rules that are against the law. States that have laws protecting women's right to breastfeed in public say a woman has a right to breastfeed anywhere she can legally be, so if she's a customer of the Coach store it would be against the law for them to kick her out for breastfeeding.
