That's generous. In many of these cases, while you can make a case that it's not incorrect, there are clearly better word choices that Biden could have used.

Electricity in the US IS actually pretty cheap... I live in Seattle and in the summer (when I don't use electric heat) the bill is under $30. (Plasma TV that I use more than I should, home server, electric range, electric water heater)
