It’s a golden age.

I’d like something post-Voyager. Like when they should finally be able to upgrade transporters into resurrection machines.

I like this rivalry. When the ST came out worldwide, it immediately became a rival of the venerable GTI. I had never even considered that there was a VW/Ford rivalry, because for most of my life those companies couldn’t be farther apart.

Now there’s an RS/Golf R rivalry. You know who wins?

It doesn’t matter. Because

Maybe it’s part of an insurance scam where cracked windshields aren’t covered but acts of vandalism are.

Now playing

I’d give him that if it was closer to something that actually worked, or could be made to work. He did better with gliders. But his level of fantasy in the invention would have fit in better with the 18th and 19th century. I’m not sure what people consider the earliest science fiction, but some of his “inventions”

Looking forward to Wikileaks targeting Drumpf. There must be tons of stuff out there.

Unless their purpose to to get Drumpf elected.

Maybe a stranded time traveler from the 18th or early 19th century? He was ahead of his time, but not that ahead of his time.

Of course it was. And a lot of the time it was obvious. Other times, not so much. When reality show writing works, the character reactions are natural as well as the dialog. A really well written reality show, has zero written character reactions and has zero written dialog.

My PC is an old Windows 7 machine, and I’ve got the OS just where I want it. Same for my wife’s Vista machine. We have a ton of old software and have no idea where the license numbers are for that shit. The last time I upgraded a Windows machine, we had to re-install every god damned program.

If you have enough square footage on your roof and live in a sunny climate, you could be energy independent. The loop being closed with your car, is pretty cool. Be nice if you could have a charging system that works on electric cars from different companies though.

You notice how they don’t talk the instant the other person stops talking? That their conversation and pacing seems relaxed, and they’re not in a hurry to say their next bit?

That’s how you do a reality show that doesn’t look like a reality show. If you test it with “Was that real or was it scripted?” and you can’t

The STs too. Said to be on a transit dock in Wayne a short walk from the plant where they were made.

Being first comes at a price I guess. Ford just doesn’t know how to get it’s shit together when a new model comes out.

That’ll buff out, no problem.

Great idea. There are many times I’ve arrived two or more hours before a flight because of possible TSA delays that don’t happen.

Basically, what replaced the Jaz drive were thumb drives. There was an interim period where CD-ROMs and rewritable CDs and later DVDs filled the gap, but even that was relatively short lived.

The problem was, as hard drives were able to store greater and greater amounts of data, the Jaz drive stayed at 1 or 2 gigs.

When the Focus ST was introduced in the US, I had an order in about two months before scheduled production. Then production started on some cars, and ST3s were delayed for mysterious reasons, mostly rumored to be due to the headlights.

Then the orders started to be delivered in a trickle about two months late, and

I just recycled a bunch of Jaz and Zip drives I had, while cleaning out the garage. Whatever I had stored on them nobody on Earth, not even me, would care about. For their time, they were kind of useful, before we had writeable CDs and later DVDs. They weren’t even worth the effort to sell on eBay.

The thing to

What leads people to buying a PT Cruiser, is that it’s a tiny car in length and can be parked in some of the smallest parking spaces, but has pop out rear seats that gives it the load capacity of a small van. Unlike the competing cars, which just had fold forward hatchback style rear seats.

My wife had a 5MT Touring

They don’t need the brand. They need the “designed in Europe” cars. Solidifying the European brand in Germany would be good for that, since people have been convinced there’s some advantage to that.

What GM needs to do, is unify the Opel line under the Chevrolet brand, and revitalize the Chevrolet brand for cars. They
