Not sure why “driven by lesbians” would be a stigma. Evidently they know a good outdoors car when they see one, and are practical.

It’s Chryler’s fault to the people who will hold that against them. But since we wouldn’t buy another one, our opinion on that doesn’t matter.
It is able to do this in the name of profit thanks to the politicians who sold Americans out to counter the imagined economic challenge of a united Euro. Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Barack Obama all made this easy for Chrysler.
Take bailout money from taxpayers, move production of car branded as “Made in Detroit” to another country and take jobs away from the taxpayers who helped pay for the bailout.
Tesla is the Donald Trump of electrics?
I see a fat Outback.
Now for Chrysler to do the same with their mysterious intermitent complete electrical shutdown which plagues PT Cruisers and Neons. Don’t know if anyone has been killed, but they probably do.
Not AWD, not a hot hatch.
I love the Recaros on my 2013 ST3. I must be the right size for them. No issues driving on twisty roads or LA-Portland. And I’m not skinny.
Or a GTI or a Golf R. Which aren’t really known for their reliability when they get past 3 years.
The new ones are pretty nice. Finally.
I have a non rattle-ey Focus ST. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy an RS if I had the money and inclination to have an insane car.
My Focus ST is three years old and has no rattles or creaks in the interior. And that’s with a stiff-ish suspension on epically shitty LA roads.
I was gonna mention that one. I remember a Jalopnik or Oppo thread not that long ago, where this car was deemed hideous. I liked it.
I’m on your side. I played pickup hockey at the beach when I was younger. We used trash cans as nets. That’s why I said “I guess depending on YOUR opinion...”.
When used for their intended purpose, pickup hockey during the summer on hot parking lots, they don’t make the user look like complete tools. I guess depending on your opinion of hockey in general, and hockey players using trash cans as nets in particular. I think this is acceptable and proper use of the technology.
Good choice. We have a couple of Quattroportes in my neighborhood. It makes me think highly of those neighbors, and classes up the neighborhood.
So you are saying being disloyal to your team warrants assault and battery by the teammates, with no legal consequences to the assailants or adults to advised them?
I’m with you on 1. But if they do hit, it’ll be easy to tell. That ball will impart the energy over a greater surface area, rather than expending the energy by tearing through the flesh and tunneling through the body. The person hit by that will be moved several feet very fast.
