Oh my god I’m so glad there’s a space for me to express how stupid this article is. It’s literally the exact same article papers have been writing about rich white kids in Manhattan since the 1920s, updated each year to include the new technology and trend.

-The game has trouble letting me walk through doors.

Yeah, this game is nothing but cobbled together asset packs from the unity store. Steam’s latest plague.

Basically, he has grown up.

It depends on what you’ve burned, but yeah basically. Baking soda is a base and it breaks chemical bonds. It’s also abrasive, so that helps after you’ve let it sit to loosen the gunk.

I think it is more of just the abrasive nature, if you have something like bon-ami or barkeepers friend, it would also do the same job (though slightly better)

Truly one of the greater moments in video gaming history... that first step outside the vault.

So good...

dress ‘em down (perhaps Mountain Dew granita on your Nachos Bell Grande?)

Kenji Kawai’s music is unmistakably amazing. I somewhat recently picked up the original 2.o on DVD as well as got the Remaster 5.1 on DVD as well in a special edition with extras, AFTER I tracked down the Pre-Soundtrack and the Original Soundtrack earlier this year (with the former being much harder to find). This

That is, in fact, my favorite HST piece of all time and arguably the greatest thing I’ve ever read in my life. I still have the issue of Cycle World it originally appeared in... somewhere

That was cool, this is cool, too:

The Enclave was presented just as much as out and out evil, with a Power Armored Super Mutant killing at whim and everyone else in the Enclave carrying out whatever experiments they wanted. And it made a lot of sense that the Legion could hold so much territory given how strong they were, they were borrowing a lot

Also, this I have to disagree with:

For me I appreciated New Vegas a lot more, and for anyone that knows that I love the old Black Isle and Bioware games that should be obvious.

New Vegas has better writing and world-building along with being mechanically superior in both active gameplay and RPG mechanics.

Fallout 3 came out before New Vegas.

It was the first Fallout game for a lot of people and their first introduction to the strange Post-Post Apocalyptic Retro-Future that Fallout is.

Nostalgia

This fellow (and his proximity to the edge of the balcony) kept me occupied for a concerning amount of time.
