This is nice, but irrelevant in political discussions IMO. It’s impossible to make any kind of rational argument using any technique when faced with an opponent who is a religious zealot. For instance, Republicans ...TEND... to be religious.

Wouldn’t running all wheel drive require MORE power from the engine crank? So, if the dyno is showing that particular drop going from 4 to 2, the crank HP may actually be quite a bit higher in 4 wheel mode. Something they can’t directly measure.
