Great critique of critiques from TB. I agree with his assertions. One of the habits I find myself getting into is finding certain critics who seem to have an uncanny affinity for the same games that I do. I then tend to give their opinions more weight.

Military organizations tend to be crazy by definition. But, you don’t see the US armed forces putting out video’s showing the takeover of Russia or Iran. There is such a thing as good decorum.

Coincidentally I just finished a complete playthrough of F3 W/DLC for the third time but fully modded this go around just for fun. That modding gave me a crazy assault shotgun that when loaded with slugs is the only weapon I needed for the entire playthrough. Well, that and the various shotgun perks.

I could draw a comparison to Rottentomatoes, but why bother. The problem is the game studios are agreeing to the terms. If no one agreed to those terms, they would be dropped.

That’s exactly how I do it. The thin threads can get red hot under the grinding wheel and start to melt. They have to be reformed. I also bevel the thread end before backing the nut off. A slight bevel seems to make the whole process easier.

I’m in the mid 40’s range. We were forced to learn cursive. Well, I LEARNED it, but I couldn’t actually write legibly. Turns out I have terrible fine motor control of my hands. It’s a side effect of being a little Asperger’y. Cursive isn’t for everyone.
