I don't think you can quite make that claim until the game is out. I'm just withholding judgment until we have more information than the price and the length of time it takes to complete the main missions.

I'd rather have 2 hours of a great game than 40 hours of a terrible one. The original Portal was half that length and it was nearly perfect.
