The hard part comes in making primers. Lots of people know how to, and do, make their own powder. A lot less make their own primers.

If you create an user name for every common word in the dictionary, you can send out entire long messages using only “user names”.
It also throws out the implication that they would never work for a woman and/or would never work with a woman who was their equal and/or would never give a job of any importance to a woman (because then they might run the risk of having to have a meeting with that woman every once and a while).
