Schools tend to favor bullies because bullies more often than not do not engage in overt bullying while authorities (teachers/administrators/parents/security) are present.

intent doesn’t matter any more? Two guys working to ELIMINATE a crime get reported to the cops for committing the crime, and the cops go with that?

Facebook could still take all of that down, if they wanted to, though.

The UK should do something similar to what Germany did, and pass a law fining Facebook something like $100,000 per offense per day for every time they break the law by not stopping UK convicted pedophiles from creating/using accounts.
