I coded mine to enable hold mode the day I bought it and it was basically the only time I used the rex as I never got the battery critically low the entire year I owned the vehicle.

Yeah, .4 Gallons was effectively E and it would shut off the rex.
I don’t think it actually says anything unless the battery is also a super low charge level. It just runs out of gas and uses the battery.
Yeah.. for a commuter and not some sort of utility purpose vehicle its a super versatile setup.
Pretty common in europe for mopeds to come in significantly bigger sizes we commonly see here in the states.
I don’t see the issue with this. GM didn’t design a SUV and it’s not an suv.
Huh, I loved my i3+Rex and would gladly buy another similar drivetrain over a pure ev like a bolt.
The i3’s had a moped motor in them around 650cc’s and mine could maintain the battery charge level going 75mph even on colder days here in Michigan.
I had an i3 with the range extender and it’s imo by far one of the most reasonable ev drivetrains you can get. Want to drive an hour to the next major city and drive around town a bit then home? No problem, fill up before you leave, use the Rex to get there, use the battery in town and use basically none of your ev…
Last November a friend of mine and I flew to New York and picked up an 06 T1 V10 with 111k miles for $3700. We didn’t expect to actually buy it, let alone make the 700 miles home in it problem free.
That chassis literally cannot handle the NA 2.4L’s power. I can’t imagine how hilariously awful it would be with almost double the torque. I had one as a rental a few weeks ago and it spins the tires way more than 184 natural horsepower’s should.
God, that 2.7L... It may be reliable and “enough” but my god it’s probably the most anemic, exasperating engine I have ever experienced. It sounded and felt like it was struggling to do anything and I was in a regular cab short bed truck.
Right. Now you can buy the astronomically expansive gpu or the still absurdly expensive gpu with no option for the absurdly expensive to a lesser extent cheap option
The rumors, which in my mind are probably accurate because what nvidia did by launching 2 4080’s at the same time makes literally zero god damn sense.. is that it was always going to be the 4070.
The Mercedes OM606. Can be had for cheap, You can swap a mechanical fuel injection pump so all it needs for electrics is a fuel supply and starter and it revs to the moon for a diesel and can easily make 5-600HP.
I had a ‘18 ZR2 diesel so it might have been “special” but I got rid of it because of the gearing. It did amazingly well on the highway under normal driving but the 6speed’s gearing killed it for towing. It just didn’t have proper ratios and towing my side by side it couldn’t handle 6th on anything but flat road and…
Eh, a lake 50 miles away might be pushing it tbh. I love EV’s, I have owned one, and I fully see the value in a commuter EV...
I see absolutely no value in a “truck” ev that is massively handicapped at doing what a truck is supposed to do AND costs more than most trucks. I’m not driving a rivian or hummer to BFE, nor…
Because this is America and we show off to our fellow bar buds by driving around in...(checks article) $177k “Trucks” that have no range while towing and will never be used for any truck things because youtube/tv/social media has taught us that excess is the new American dream.
unfortunately, trump flags, maga crap and what ever other stupid shit they need to fly have been heavily seen in “offroad” events/locations for a while and it sucks. In Michigan its pretty normal to see all the trucks in the trailhead lot flying something and if you take a look at video content from glamis or silver…
And....
