Ford Tempo Fanatic approves of this cause.

@tonyola: Next thing ya know, bam: Honda Accord.

As sleek as this car is, it doesn't seem nearly as flashy as the 1958 Plymouth or even Mercury lineups. Where's the character lines, big chrome side trim, and the intricate and complex front grills and bumper?

@jmoum04001: My bro has an ex-Interceptor Crown Victoria. '03, for $3100 and its still got the push bar attached. Even has the dual spot lights the fuzz like to shine in your mirrors.

@djscruffy: SVT Raptor, Taurus SHO, new Fiesta, Tempo GLS, etc.

I do not approve of this architecture. But then again, I am kind of a sucker for art deco flair.

@danio3834: Yeah, but those one or two hundred thousand miles are not typically trouble free. And by the turn off 100k, the cars themselves almost always belong in a junk yard.

New Camaro. Like the infamous PT Cruiser, it looked cool for about a year. Which was a bummer, because GM took so damn long to put that mother into production that it was over a year after the concept debuted that people were even allowed to buy the damn things.

I've always liked the Harley F-Series trucks. Every one of 'em has looked sleek. Subtle cues are the key here.

@Tygur: Agreed. I steered my mom into the Ford dealership last winter, but the choice of SUV was really up to her. She passed up the flashy Flex, the manly Expedition, and the supposedly rugged Explorer for the small and humble Escape.

@shinjukuDLJ: Sad fact of the matter is, the Escort is more an SUV than most "real" SUVs. In a world when a Jeep is as tame as a Tempo AWD, the Escape boasts decent ground clearance and the perfect dimensions for an off-road ready SUV.

@TriShield: However... Almost everything that comes out of Clarkson's mouth these days is scripted.

I remain optimistic. I see it, I like it. I wanted to not like it, but between the Turbo Coupe in the background and the overly optimistic bearded man, I am intrigued.

@newbski: Is this Jalopnik.com or some sort of fashion forum?

Man, these Corvair fanatics sure seem to be all the rage these days. I thinks its time to step up my game. :/

Agree with all except animals. I love people, but you know, sometimes I hate people. Its times like those that I'd prefer the company of my loyal yet silent friend instead of a whiny, demanding two legged beast.

As great as the CTS-V is, I think its looks will get old pretty quick. Especially if you have to live with it. Probably why the more knowledgeable Germans have slightly more subdued looking sport coupes.

@komododave: Chrysler doesn't have enough market share to be a big player anymore. They make so few cars, they're more of a niche car maker now. They can build cars for the people who want them, as opposed to building cars to attract new buyers.

@komododave: Call me ruthless, but in big business I think we ought to throw out what we as people perceive as mean or unfair.
