Okay, what, no 2.3.L HSO I4?

Those old Mercury's had some pretty dope-shizzle badges. Its like its real chrome. Not the chrome-over-plastic of cars like Topaz and Sable. But then again, the Topaz still had the upper hand over the competitor's painted-gray badges.

Pulsar? What the hell kinda' name is that? #1984

@clinto: God damnit, nobody is ever going to top Toyota's zip tie fix. But guess what, that isn't going to make news. Neither is the truck frame problem. But this Ford cruise control thing will.

Oh look, a Camry.

There is a concerning lack of chrome in these pictures. I'm not seeing enough faux wood either.

So its like the 1980s, only with less awesome?

@JeepyJayhawk: Well, I personally don't care for attention. But maybe, just maybe, the Mercury Topaz will be just that much more recognized in the world.

Most definitely the Mercury Topaz LTS. If I were actually famous, I would not be surprised at all if that Topaz got more attention then the common Ferrari.

"I really enjoyed drawing it."

Does it have powerized seat belts? If not, I don't give a damn.
