I didn't even get he was making fun of "black names"...he gets no free pass from me on that. But comedians do make fun of stupid white people names too - especially of the celebrity variety. I don't claim they have the same societal racism as black names, not trying to make that comparison at all.

Every time this happens, I just can't get over the seemingly inefficient ways the courts work in this country. Lower level courts ruling on constitutional issues just seems to create havoc with no immediacy for the supreme court to take action in a timely manner.
