Ken Burns is the only director who anyone should consider for a WWZ movie.

Except for a few huge set pieces, the mini-series wouldn’t even need a huge budget. Lots of opportunities for cool cameos since actors would only need to film for 1-2 days -- sort of how they did the audiobook.

I would prefer a mini-series made in a mockumentory format, like the book did.

The outrage about participation trophies is stupid anyway. Kids need to learn to play the game, not everything needs to be a competition, and being better than you were yesterday is a valid accomplishment. Especially when the criticism is coming from someone with their latest middle management course certification…

I’m one of those people who could easily fill in any part in the cast of Rent, and I’m old (and lucky) enough to have seen the show on Broadway back in 1996.

Not going to lie, listening to Rent again yesterday brought me right back to being a teenager in the late 90s again...I couldn’t help but have fondness for it.
