I agree 100%. In fact, my step dad and I had this exact conversation last weekend. You want to get more people to buy your product? Talk to the people who walked away. They will provide far more insight than the ones who are already in your pocket.

I will absolutely agree that customers are overwhelmed with options, but I don’t think that’s the problem they need to be addressing.
Right. I was trying to back you up. Probably should have clicked reply on his post instead of yours.
Editor: “Quick! We need a good reason for bringing a couple of cherry-picked characters from the Ultimate Universe to the main Marvel U.”
Miles’s uncle, Aaron was the Prowler of the Ultimate Universe. He was a thief and it was implied that he and Jefferson used to do some bad stuff together. Jefferson got out of the life and ended up working for SHIELD. Aaron stayed in and became the Prowler until he died in front of Miles (during one of his earliest…
I know this won’t be a popular opinion, but I don’t like Acura’s Superman grille.
Symbols are inherently complicated things. This particular symbol has 3 meanings that I’m aware of (though I’ll admit I had never heard of it representing white supremacy until I read this post; the other two being “OK” and as a symbol my old university used to represent the gamecock while saying “fear the beak”). In…
I still don't feel comfortable calling it a Corvette yet. Not at least until they announce it as such. You know what they say: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me for over 50 years..."
I met a really cool guy at Power Tour a few years ago with a ‘69 Z28 Camaro. It was a survivor and had never been restored. It definitely had tons of wear on it but still looked decent. My kid (probably 3 or 4 at the time) loved it! He put him on the trunk and let him crawl all over it. I cringed but the guy just…
My first car: a 1991 Camaro RS. I learned a whole lot about cars from that crappy but lovable little thing. It also ignited an inescapable passion for Camaros that still lives with me today. In high school I lusted after the 4th generation cars and eventually owned a few while in college. Today, at 34, I still love…
When I was in college World of Warcraft was all the rage. I had a lot of friends who were into it so I downloaded it and gave it a shot. I was so unimpressed with everything: the battle system, the missions... I played it for a few days and just gave up on it.
Overall, the car is quite beautiful. The front end is a busy cluttered mess, especially where the “tusks” extrude horizontally. Take these out and I think it would look worlds better. So, I guess my answer is neither. It is neither super sexy, nor is it totally a mess.
I can’t believe they couldn’t be bothered to finish the paint job...
I am absolutely okay with this.
Also, “It’s a term of endearment.”
It’s not plagiarism if you cite your sources!
This looks like it took a lot of work to accomplish. Does it look factory? No, but I have mad respect for the person who put it together. GM actually made a few Firebird shooting brake concepts based on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gen cars. They looked really interesting. I’d drive one.
Mid-engine “Corvette.” I’m still not willing to believe it until it’s officially unveiled. Call me crazy, but this thing has supposedly been happening for decades and has yet to materialize. I won’t be surprised if it ends up being named something completely different.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WORK HARD. OMG THE YOUTHS ARE LAZY AND RUINING THIS COUNTRY. I DROPPED OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL AND STARTED MY OWN BUSINESS WHEN I WAS 17. IT’S NOT HARD GET A JOB.
I don’t understand Chevy’s need to overstyle everything everything right now. The new Camaro and this Silverado are terrible. I’m really hoping we can eventually get to at least some of the stylistic simplicity these trucks had in the late ‘90s/early 2000s.
