Banning cars is such a stupid idea, it’s incredibly regressive for one thing, as it usually impacts low income families who can’t afford something electric. Plus, you basically told the commuters in Madrid to fuck off. So it’s a good thing that this happened IMO.

Remember when luxury used to be about cruising down the road in absolute comfort not about how many gimmicks they can throw inside a vehicle.....

No one’s buying chihuahuas these days.  They buy Great Danes, even if they only need a Border Collie.

I bought a 2012, the first year of the redesigned model. I would have liked to have some of the standard features that they added for the 2013 model, but I decided to buy the dealer’s loss-leader as the 2013s were coming out because I got it for about 20% off MSRP.

Nawh, left her ass because she was a drunk that kept bankrupting me.

Zero + 1 is considered an uptick.

Neutral: I love my Mazda, I really do. But one of the things I love about it most is that it’s not a luxury car or brand. Over the decades I’ve driven numerous BMWs, a Porsche and a Mercedes, and frankly, I was getting tired of the luxury world. What I wanted was something simple, reliable, affordable and fun to

1st Gear: I’m thinking the wheels might fall off that plan pretty quickly.

Neutral: I really enjoy Mazda. I drive a Miata as my daily, and I would absolutely consider buying something like a Mazda 3 down the road when I grow up and actually start driving a grown-up car, some day.

This is one of the things that I never really thought about until now. My bedroom is above my garage - wouldn’t go so well if the car caught fire.

Let’s sack everyone over 50” “oh all our   Experience and best practices are being lost? How did that happen?”

Head in the sand is thinking electric vehicles that are still not proven to be profitable, make up less than 1% of the market and that have minimal infrastructure in place to support, are going to magically take over the world overnight. People drive used cars for decades. People live in rural areas. People drive

The 2 doors was the one to get : 50% less rattles.

Do you? More features doesn’t equal more value. I’d argue that a base shitbox is more value still than most crossovers that cost more.

BMW still expects...diesels to survive for at least 20 more years and gasoline engines for at least 30 years.”

My mother had a Toyota with the floor mat recall. The fix for that at the time was to trim the gas pedal and take the driver’s WeatherTech floor mat and put it in the trunk. I asked my Mom what she would do in the case of a stuck accelerator and she looked at me and said, “just turn off the car. I used to drive a

2nd Gear. Those European targets are very agressive. 95 g CO2/km is approximately 4.1l/100km or 57 mpg. 57 mpg for a fleet average is extremely high even with the European test being somewhat forgiving. The automakers are stuck between a rock and a hard place when consumer desire does not match the requirements of

1st Gear: This should not be a surprise to anyone who is familiar with what Hackett has done in the past, “cut your way to profitability” is his mantra.

It develops the power at lower RPMs and with less stress on the components.
