It’s not that I “think less of her,” but that I fear for her.  I don’t have a medical degree, but it instinctually doesn’t feel safe to have sex with multiple strangers.   It’s not just the risk of contamination,  but the risk of violence and other harms.  I hope she has a successful child birth and finds another

Fuck off, John.

I’m with you.  It’s strange how people need to tie themselves into philosophical knots to say that it is totally normal and safe to have sex with multiple people while pregnant.  That’s not safe.  It’s not okay.  And I’m sad for this woman that she needs to keep selling her body while pregnant.

I’m a feminist and I support reproductive rights and I don’t think that sex work, or prostitution, is an awesome career choice that we should all celebrate. No. No No. I’m in favor of whatever social services can make sex workers safe and preserve their health. I will advocate for all the girls and women who deal in

No, they will never move out.  Neither of them have jobs that would afford rent on a comparable flat in London.

It’s funny how this media story makes it seem like Harry and Meghan are crazy rebels for not wanting to live with his brother, his bother’s wife, and their three kids.  I love my family, but I don’t want to live with them and see them everyday.

Somebody needs to option this comment as a screenplay.

A soon as I heard “10 bedroom cottage” I expected it would be a mansion beyond my wildest imagination.

I have friends/cousins who are dear to my heart and maybe even closer than sisters. We talk and text all the time.  I wouldn’t want to live with them. Family life is great when you see each other for dinner or short vacations. I’m not sure why everyone expected these two brothers to merge families. It’s okay to

William and Catherine have to live in Kensington because of the job, but no one would want to live there. It’s crowded with other minor royals and staff and fairly open to the public. If I was in Meghan’s position, I would want a more private home with a big garden. I doubt this has anything to do with sibling

https://twosleevers.com Every recipe of hers I’ve made is awesome, but her butter chicken is what made her famous.

No probably not. It was a very good university, but I’ve attended better. It sounds familiar because it's so common.

I wasn’t in the sciences.  The abuse is spread out pretty evenly in the disciplines, though I think women in science are particularly vulnerable.  There are fewer of them, fewer women mentors, and the advisor has God-like power. In history or English you can change your advisor.  Not so in many science departments.

I wouldn’t come forward on my own for the reasons you mentioned. The professor I’m thinking of had multiple grad students bring credible allegations and was even sanctioned by the prestigious university for his conduct. But he didn’t lose his chair and the women didn’t get jobs in academia. The women paid the price

Any other former grad students sitting on what feels like a land mine of revelations about the sexual misconduct of very respected senior professors? I know some stuff that would get prominent people fired. The real question is when to come forward. It’s a huge personal and professional risk.  I admire the women

She’s too old and photogenic (no costume is going to make her look frumpy)  and he’s too young for the part. It’s really crucial that there be a big age difference because of the f’d up power dynamic between them.  I can’t get on board with this casting so far.

I actually really wanted to write a screenplay from Mrs. Danvers POV and imagine her backstory. Where is she from?  What was it like to fall in love with Rebecca?  The literary estate would never go for it, though.

I’m all for a new Rebecca, but I don’t see Lily James as the unnamed heroine. The heroine is supposed to be quite young (maybe 2o-23?) and naive. There is a wonderful line where she wishes she was in her 30s, dressed in black satin with pearls. Maxim replies that he wouldn’t be with her if she was. It’s important

I don’t care how many supporters Trump has.  Fascists have lots of supporters, that is how they gain power.  Mussolini, Pinochet, and Hitler were adored  by the majority.  We don’t look back on them and their supporters kindly.

I’ve been friends with people who had different opinions about political or economic issues. A few Republican libertarians and far left of Democrat communists - that can be a fun lively debate. They had their views and I had mine. But I can’t imagine being friends with someone who actively supports the Trump
