I think you'll find that many games have great aspirations that are then scaled back due to budget, time or system resources. It seems to be the latest thing, let's look at what COULD have been and assume that it was all 99% done and they dropped it just to spite us, or to sell it as DLC, or because they're dumb dumbs.

Ive had origins on PC for years and I make an effort to play it but its so boring. I like DA2 and I love DA:I. Origins is the worst in the series.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get what was so amazing about Origins. Sure, I enjoyed the game, (have at least a few completed saves) but by no means do I feel it's one of the best I've ever played.

Now playing

While there are jump scares in Five Nights games, those only happen if you play the game inefficiently. In a perfect game of Five Nights, you never encounter a jump scare at all. Of course, there's a running joke that most people don't play beyond five minutes, because they get too scared, so the average person's

Yeah, in spite of its various flaws, Inquisition deserves Game of the Year.

I actually thought the Gaping Dragon from the first one was a cake-walk. I don't even think the guy landed a hit on me, I just kept waking him with my Obsidian Staff and he was a goner.

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will include the three previously released DLC packs - Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of the ivory King - along with additional features.

Sorry but I have to disagree with your assessment on AoT. To me and my girlfriend we just couldn't stop watching it because it was so good and intriguing and that before we knew it we had watched the entire season basically within a 24 hour period and I cant wait for the second season. Would highly recommend it to

IDK if it's in the States, but for the UK this is the one to go for.

[Begin with Hobbitty/Shire Song] "MMYYYY PREEECCCIOUUUSS!!!!!!!" [Pippin Song] [Roll Credits]

The reality is, you CANNOT pull LOTR out of these films, or even The Hobbit book itself, because of how much LOTR really changed things.

Personally, I'll take the 9 hour version. I had no issue with it.

Reading is fun!

Chan actually handled this really well. It's nice to see that not everyone in these kinds of games is a stuck up dickhead.

when I play a game i always think of the games protagonist as myself

While they shouldn't implement matchmaking, per se, for raids, they really need to implement a LFG system into the game, where your character info is displayed (class and lvl), and you can select what raid (and difficulty) you want and what other level players to include. You invite directly from there. Easy, peasy.

I agree, I finished one play thru and am working on two more. I enjoy the conversations between characters and the amount of content is great. Playing all the games gives me a connection to Thedas that is very cool.

I really appreciate Kotaku posting articles on both sides of a divisive perspective. I was fairly vocal in the comments on the articles which decried Dragon Age: Inquisition for having too much content. For fans of the series that have been waiting for a worthy sequel for years (ie. folks like me), the game's wealth

Thanks for sharing, András!!!
