Bought one with a ceramic knife about 5 years ago, it’s still as sharp as the first day and I use it every other day. Look for a sturdy body construction and the blade will last.

I bought a Ceramic Peeler a couple of years ago and never looked back. It still peels just as well as it did on the first day, no rust and the blade doesn’t dull as fast. The same for ceramic knives, they are cheap on amazon and are great for custting vegetables and meats.
