I agree with most of geeky_readers questions, I also like to ask a few (only a few, don't want to appear to be a slacker) semi-non work related questions.

Never assume anything, I'd say at best what you can assume is that you are in the top 2 or 3 candidates for the job.

I consider myself lucky to have attended one of his lectures when he did a tour through my city. Inspirational is the word I and it seems a lot of other commentators would use.

I have to say, if I won one of these (Which I won't as I am neither competing in the olympics, or in any way athletic) I'd have to wear the medal backwards, that 2012 logo thing, even if you can't see the lisa simpson connection, is still a hideous, hideous logo....

I'm assuming it's the same design change across all Gawker sites, in which case the write up on Lifehacker and IO9 specifically state the two pain scrolling side bar thing only works in Chrome, Firefox and safari, I'm guessing you're like me and using IE, so you don't get the choice.

If they can make the Eureka Christmas special as all out, well Christmasy, as last year, then I'm in!
