I plan to see it because it's written by Kate Dippold of Parks & Rec and directed by Paul Feig of Paul Feig. A movie by anyone who writes for that show or is that guy is worth trying.

Congratulations on winning the title of Commentariat Member with the Coolest Mom. :)

That's first and second, so they must be quite accomplished — awesome! The vast majority of Emmy voters only vote in the first round. The second round is the "judging" round, with hundreds of voters instead of thousands. They're the ones who make the ultimate selections.

First- or second-round voters? I know a frequent second-round voter who openly admits to only voting for shows with fellow "Harvardwood" (gross) writers on staff. I've always hoped he's in the minority, but who knows. Some people just don't get the concept of merit.

They are, though. "Mad Men" is viewed disproportionately by industry people. In addition, it's way more effective to remind you to vote right before and after an airing than to stick an ad in Variety that someone may or may not see. Plus, it's zero-cost for AMC since they already air their own spots at those times.

She's being heavily promoted for an Emmy, even more than the show is. They're spending a bundle to get her a nod.

They are definitely doing a campaign. Loads of ads in the trades, plus a feature in THR, positive leaks to Deadline, etc.

Can we talk about the fact that he turned someone else's memorial day into being all about himself?

Unexpected Season 2 JimFace!!! <3

Sad thing is that, being from Southern New England, I didn't even notice she'd said it until it CNN plastered "THAT'S JUST RETARDED" across the screen. I'm more shocked when teenagers don't say that word. The old Boston Teens sketches on "Saturday Night Live" came from somewhere, you know. :(

Favorite Molly moment: The time she was on a live panel on C-SPAN with Al Franken and Bill O'Reilly, and those two started screaming and jabbing at each other, like to the point where security was about to get involved, and she let them do it for a while until she just straight-up told them they were immature

*sigh* I guess I'm obligated by the laws of the Internet to ask: Was the lube butter?

I can understand why she'd have blood oozing over her, but why radioactive?

VAN GOGH HAS A BIG DICK.

According to my doctor, it's pretty common for people to only pee 2-3 times a day, though the norm is 5-6. (Why, no, I had no particular reason for asking...) So if people who are hydrating can manage to only do it a few times, maybe it's not totally crazy that she pulled it off.

She's appointed by the Lt. Gov., so definitely not classified as a neutral employee.

As someone who, after last night, moved Kirk Watson hiiiigh up on her list of Male Politicians Allowed To Get Up In My Vaginal Business (If You Know What I Mean [Wink, Wink]), I say: how dare they.

The brunette is Emily Ratajkowski. Basically her entire career has been built on partially or fully nude shots, including full-frontal. I think if you watch the full video, you'll see that she actually seems to be having a really good time vamping it up, particularly towards the end.

Pride flag flying over the Connecticut Governor's Residence in Hartford. We also like to fly the flag over our state capitol with pretty good frequency, even outside of Pride Month. That's been a state-sanctioned tradition since 1999.
