Which night specifically? I’ve seen a ton of female comedians on there, and Larry himself seems very anti-sexist. Thus far, they’ve slain a bunch of sexist/racist dragons on Nightly.

One time, I saw this video on youtube of a Hooters waitress squatting a customer. Sauce doesn’t get much more awesome than that.

It’s a little conspiracyish, but I think part of how the pay gap persists is due to the rabid secrecy around salaries. Like it’s soo taboo and ~personal~ to talk about salary/compensation with coworkers, or anyone really. That’s rubbish.
