I've seen that book come up a couple times in this thread - is it considered bad? No experience with it, but I thought it a net positive since it explains why Eurasia had a leg up over other places.
What about people who don't typically like to read novels, but make an exception for feminist-centered books?
Personally, I love to read and research, but not quite into reading long books. But my shelf is full of things like Second Sex and Feminine Mystique.

sort of. however, this isn't how Maddow normally dresses. in her natural look, she is a lot more what the trolls would call "mannish" looking or worse. she's still required to pretty up for the camera.
We have a male Meteorologist here in the Tampa Bay Area who has signature look that he's had for years. It looks cool and all, but his getups only vary a little by color. A woman would never be able to get away with this.
