It definitely has a learning curve. Being a racer is by far tougher than being a Cop, but there are ways to get around the Cops. I gotta say, the system itself is fantastic. UI is super slick, taking the best of the XMB while making it so much more efficient and snappier. Playstation Store loads in 2 seconds rather than 15, you can run the browser and games/apps at the same time, and the controller is excellent! :D
